We were the only catering company in Vancouver ever to have won the awards for best canape for 2 years running from 2014 to 2015 and after which we developed a reputation for producing the best canapes in Vancouver. Having only recently returned to Cape Town we are confident that we can acquire that same reputation here in Cape Town with our bold, fresh new flavours and techniques.
We specialise in this type service, which can serves as a full meal replacement. Over the course of 3 hours, we will shrink a 9 to 10 course dinner into 9 to 10 individual bites. Please note that the number of courses can be reduced depending on time and budget constraints. You will never see at our cocktail parties anything that resembles a greasy samosa or a dried-out chicken sweet chilli skewer. We’re passionate about providing truly delicious and inventive small bites for your event, and the quality, flavours, and originality are what set our small bites or canapes apart from the rest.
Cocktail parties provide the perfect venue for us to be our creative best, and we devise unique and delicious flavour combinations with only the best of seasonal ingredients, all to deliver a wonderful and delectable experience for your guests.
Although each menu can be custom made depending on the budget and type of event – be it corporate or private, we recommend that customers try the full menu option of 9 or 10 canape menu option. Your guests we will feel like they are taking a trip to the airport and heading off on an exotic culinary journey and by the end of the evening, we assure you that none of your guests will leave still hungry.

Our deluxe dining experience is the perfect way to create that special night for you and your friends, as you indulge in a delicious four to six-course dinner inspired by Asian, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern flavours.

The Wedding Event
Too often, wedding food can be underwhelming. Though we’d never dream of stealing attention away from the bride, we do believe in offering your guests a delicious menu of unforgettable fare that will keep their taste buds singing – and happily ever after.
We love taking part in weddings where clients are seeking something a little different; a wedding that falls outside the proverbial box. This is reflected in our catering style, using the best ingredients, creativity and flair to create 10 course canape menu (full meal replacement), multi course 3 to 6 course gourmet dinners, family style feasts or our ever popular food station and canapé events, featuring not just a selection of our award winning canapés but also our legendary freshly made taco station, slider station, curry and noodles station.
We want to ensure that that your special day is made all that more memorable for both you and your guests by providing truly awesome food.
Villa Catering
Enjoy a private chef in the comfort of your own villa. We’ll transform your villa into one of the city’s best restaurants but devoted to our only patrons: you and your guests.
Our chefs will be responsible for dishing up delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners based around your work or holiday schedule. Our award winning menu options are innovative and creative, we like to create big bold flavours with contrasting textures, and rest assured you will never be served up generic dishes such as Beef fillet with seasonal vegetables and a beef jus. We will also ensure that your fridge is always fully stocked with cold beverages and tasty food or snacks.
We charge a per day rate which does include our food costs based on your allocated daily budget.
